The Role
Are you a motivated and passionate Therapist or a therapy training social worker? If so, we want you to help us deliver high-quality therapy services and enhance our therapeutic offerings!
As an Associate Therapist, you will:
* Provide consultation sessions to foster parents, helping them navigate specific challenges.
* Support internal staff by discussing issues related to actual or potential placements.
* Liaise with external local authorities, social workers, and schools to ensure a cohesive approach.
* Build strong relationships with new foster parents through engaging sessions and groups during their first year.
* Facilitate workshops for staff to promote reflective therapeutic practice and ongoing learning.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Experience working within a fostering service or a similar environment (preferred).
* Strong administrative skills and an understanding of regulatory policies and processes.
* The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
