Travel: Occasional – approx. Twice per month for team meetings and once per quarter for company meetings
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Lead to join our team on a 10 month maternity cover contract. This role is pivotal in driving affiliate performance and managing key endorsements.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliates
* Manage the UK affiliate program end-to-end.
* Act as the main point of contact for top revenue-driving partners.
* Negotiate competitive CPA rates to meet ROAS targets.
* Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring optimal performance.
* Handle network admin tasks (validations, TQs, publisher approvals).
* Experience with Awin is essential.
* Develop strategic plans that support key business initiatives - such as product launches and sales campaigns - to drive maximum impact and results.
Endorsements
* Manage third-party endorsement programs to improve on-site conversion.
* Negotiate new endorsements and renewals for UK sites.
SEO
* Lead link-building initiatives to enhance SEO performance.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, and affiliate network (Awin).
* Good understanding of cross-channel marketing.
* Comfortable using tools like Excel and data driven.
