An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven
Account Executive
to join a thriving team in Kingsbury, Warwickshire. This hybrid role combines proactive sales and commercial account management across both domestic and commercial fuel customers.
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, this position offers a varied mix of account management, inbound customer care and outbound business development, with a strong focus on relationship building, growth and profitability.
This is a full-time hybrid role where you'll be based in the office Tuesday-Thursday.
Package & Benefits:
* Base salary £27,000 + monthly bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of c.300 commercial accounts across agriculture, haulage, construction and related sectors
* Process and manage all orders for your key accounts
* Act as the key point of contact to ensure first-class customer support
* Handle inbound domestic sales enquiries
* Develop new business opportunities using data reports and lapsed customer insights
* Upsell additional products and services
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in phone-based account management, telesales, or customer service with proven KPIs achieved
* Confident communicator who enjoys working to targets, with resilience to overcome objections and negotiate effectively
* Ability to build strong rapport and long-term relationships with a diverse customer base
