About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organised and analytical HGV Resource Planner to join our Transport team Dunstable Distribution Centre. This role is key to ensuring our HGV fleet and driver resources are planned efficiently to meet operational demands, while maintaining compliance and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: ·Plan and allocate HGV driver resources across shifts to meet delivery schedule ·Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth handovers and dispatch. ·Maintain accurate records of driver hours, rest periods, and legal compliance. ·Analyse performance data to identify trends and improve planning efficiency. ·Support the Transport Manager with forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
