The Role
Teaching engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available in some schools)
Planning lessons that develop fluency, reasoning, and exam confidence
Differentiating effectively to support students of mixed abilities
Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-organised Maths department
Contributing to wider school life, including Maths clubs, STEM activities, or enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS / QTLS or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering the GCSE Maths curriculum
A passion for making Maths accessible, engaging, and enjoyable
A positive and committed professional with strong classroom practice
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, with schools offering structured induction and mentoring
