The Role: This isn't just about shifting products; it’s about understanding the "decision-making matrix" of major B2B organisations. You will be targeting large-scale end users, managing sales cycles that range from three months to several years. Your key focus will involve: * Strategic Prospecting: Identifying and winning new partnerships with large commercial entities across the UK. * Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiating framework agreements and commercial terms with Procurement, Estates, and Facilities Managers. * Value-Based Selling: Moving away from "price-only" discussions to demonstrate long-term operational benefits, safety improvements, and total cost of ownership. * Collaborative Leadership: Working closely with an internal Account Management team and directing two externally based Territory Sales Managers who will support your strategy on-site. * Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilising trade shows, events, and modern outreach tools to build a robust pipeline.
