Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Bracknell
Brand: Romans
Salary: up to £28,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 6pm, Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, Every other Saturday 9am - 1pm

Responsibilities
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Advertise properties, handle booking viewings and register applicants
* Deliver exemplary customer service over the phone and face to face
* Achieve personal and branch sales targets
* Introduce new business and build alliances with developers through active networking
* Act as the communication channel between clients and vendors, sharing information
* Build strong relationships internally and externally
* Prepare accurate property details and ensure data entry accuracy
* Manage the sale of properties from viewing to close
Qualifications
* At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
* Excellent sales ability
* High level of customer service
* Good telephone manner and a positive attitude
* Strong negotiation skills
* Tenacity and self-motivation with drive to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Ability to adapt to change
