I’m supporting a highly reputable, entrepreneurial commercial finance brokerage with a rare opportunity for a Commercial Finance Broker to join their established team in the North.
This is an exceptional role for someone who wants to broker without needing an existing route to market. All leads are generated internally, you’ll receive a steady flow of qualified referrals from across the business, including a large network of wealth managers and advisers working with HNW clients, many of whom are business owners with borrowing requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
* Picking up warm leads and engaging customers promptly and professionally
* Understanding borrowers’ needs and structuring suitable solutions
* Demonstrating credibility when discussing commercial property and business-related borrowing
* Placing deals across a broad panel of lenders, including commercial mortgages, BTL, owner occupier, bridging, development, etc
* Closely partnering with internal colleagues to maximise referral opportunities across the region
