The firm supports a wide client base, from sole traders and partnerships to owner-managed businesses, and is known for delivering expert, personal, and proactive tax services. The team combines experience from both boutique firms and national accountancy practices.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience in personal tax to manage a varied portfolio and build their career within a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review self-assessment tax returns for individuals, including high-net-worth clients
* Provide tailored tax planning and compliance advice
* Act as a point of contact for clients and liaise with HMRC where required
* Stay up to date with tax legislation changes and share relevant insights with the team
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive client support
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 years experience in personal tax within a practice environment
* Professional qualification (or working towards) such as ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
* Solid understanding of UK personal tax legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using tax software and Microsoft Office tools
