A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join a Private Family Office as a Client Management Associate has arisen. This is a wonderful role to really get involved in the running and development of the office and gain exposure to the world of UHNWI’s. Each day will be varied as you could be doing anything from administration, handling confidential client information and managing project work. The company offers hybrid working. Duties will include: Communication with clients and their support staff, assessing their expectations, delivering outcomes and maintaining an excellent level of service Developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients, their families and associates Execution and coordination of project work on behalf of clients and the business Collation, production and maintenance of client records Assisting the production of management and client facing performance reports, as required Assisting the drafting of aspects of regulatory/compliance reporting and provision of client statistics Assisting in the due diligence, execution, and post-execution management of client investments Responsibility for the preparation of material for the use of advisors and clients Working collegiately in managing the office’s day-to-day requirements and administration Written and verbal communication to clients Attendance at client meetings including responsibility for the recording, tracking and delivery of matters arising Support to ‘lifestyle’ administration, as required Client management support in the onboarding of new clients Deputising for Head of Client Management, as required at the discretion of management Organisation of internal and external client relations events, as required Building and maintaining third-party relationships, as required The successful candidate will be incredibly organised, have high attention to detail and have a bubbly, outgoing personality.
