Enhanced opportunity: £15.21ph

Responsibilities
* Provide on-site repair services and recommend the right solutions for devices to ensure customers’ devices are in safe hands.
* Work with customers to understand issues, deliver accurate repair paths, and maintain high levels of service during the customer journey.

From emergencies to selfies, we understand how important devices are to our customers and want to recommend the right solutions and assurance when devices need a little ‘surgery’ within onsite repair centres. Customer trust is paramount and conversations and passion for devices are crucial so devices are in the safest hands.

We include certified training for all engineers. Prior experience is a bonus but not essential.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
* Exceptional customer service skills and experience in a customer-centric retail environment.
* Communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty from customers.
* Ability to prioritise customers and tasks to deliver a great customer journey.
* A commercially minded approach to retail service.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and promote the benefits of change to those around you.
* Previous retail experience is ideal but not essential.
* Exposure to the Samsung ecosystem and a love for all things tech.
* Knowledge and experience of software and hardware repairs.
