We are working with a pioneer in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market, leading the next evolution in legal services through AI-integrated contracting. They are searching for a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast. Your New Role
As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. The role requires a team player with excellent communication skills, a result-driven attitude, confidence, curiosity, and a positive, engaging personality.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating a variety of Commercial Contracts.
* Collaborating with clients' in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
* Managing active caseloads and ensuring compliance with delivery processes.
* Inputting and updating data on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for the team.
* Contributing to continuous service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed
* Legal degree and/or qualified lawyer.
* Eligible to work legally in the role's country.
* Minimum 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience working directly with clients.
* Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable
* Experience with telecommunications, financial services, or professional services firms.
* In-house legal experience.
