Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire
Scarborough Harbour Authority is looking for a candidate to fill the vacant post of Harbour Operative. The duties are many and varied but include;
* Maintenance of Harbour Infrastructure including sweeping, painting and light repairs
* Keeping the piers in good order, free of refuse and undergrowth
* Ensuring floating pontoons, slipways, steps and ladders are power washed
* Cleaning Down of Fish Quay and Fish Market Area
* Working under the Joiner Team Leader on larger tasks
* Covering Watches when required
