My client based in Altrincham are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our expanding Residential Conveyancing department. The successful candidate will work alongside their existing team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the continued success of their firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
You will provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process.
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
Work collaboratively with the existing team and independently when required, showing initiative and proactivity.
Maintain clear and open communication with clients, colleagues, and other relevant parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Qualifications and Experience:
Have at least months Fee Earning experience.
Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Strong understanding of freehold/leasehold transactions, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Adept at working as part of a team and independently.
