Your new role Managing a temporary commercial recruitment desk, supporting our existing portfolio of high-quality clients Building strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver timely, effective recruitment solutions Sourcing, engaging and placing top commercial temp talent across a range of roles Managing the full temp recruitment lifecycle, including candidate availability, bookings, aftercare and compliance Proactively developing new client relationships to grow your desk and increase revenue Who are we looking for? Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential were more interested in transferable skills such as sales ability, resilience, strong communication and a genuine desire to succeed (full training provided) Someone who enjoys working at pace and is highly organised, with great attention to detail A positive, team-focused individual who aligns with our values and culture Naturally curious, people-focused and motivated by delivering excellent customer experiences Whats in it for you?
