We’re looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our passionate team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence in one of the UK’s most thrilling hospitality venues.

Key responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service
* Manage daily operations, including quality control and health & safety compliance
* Drive sales through effective upselling and promotions
* Collaborate with hotel and event teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
What we’re looking for:
* Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience within 4 or 5-star venues
* Passion for food and beverage quality with a hands-on leadership style
* Excellent communication and team management skills
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
* Personal Alcohol Licence preferred; clean UK driving licence essential
