Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Alfreton with the recruitment of a Manufacturing Accountant on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role will play a key part in supporting manufacturing operations through accurate costing, variance analysis and month-end processes, working closely with operational, planning and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership and maintenance of cost data
* Validation of standard costs for new and existing products
* Support with monthly management accounts for operational sites
* SAP production month-end close across manufacturing plants
* Analysis of standard vs actual BOM variances and corrective actions
* Forecasting and tracking of raw material purchases
* Financial support for strategic projects
About You:
* CIMA or ACCA qualified
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
* SAP experience advantageous
* Full UK driving licence
