Job Title: Office Administrator
Allenbourn Middle School is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our friendly school team. This is a full-time, permanent position, working during term time only.
Salary: £21,323 - £21,662 per annum (Grade 5)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, during 39 weeks of the year. Applications from part-time candidates are welcome; please specify your preference.
Role Overview
As an Office Administrator, you will support various administrative functions within our busy school office, reporting to the Office Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with attendance administration
2. Processing orders and invoices for finance administration
3. Maintaining computerised systems, producing reports and correspondence
4. Supporting data management and reporting
5. Assisting with the school website and social media management
6. Handling school communications and welcoming visitors
7. Managing sensitive/confidential information
8. Supporting reprographics
9. Training as a first aider to support school safety
Training will be provided to help you succeed and develop in this vital role.
Candidate Requirements

Desirable but not essential:
