Salary Scale: £90 to £105 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join a supportive team in Doncaster, providing high-quality classroom supervision in the absence of teaching staff.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lesson materials, maintaining classroom routines, and ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced school support staff who enjoy working with young people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Classroom Delivery: Supervise lessons using materials provided by the class teacher.
* Student Behaviour: Ensure a calm and orderly environment, promoting positive behaviour and addressing disruptions where needed.
* Support & Guidance: Assist students with tasks and encourage participation in activities.
* Classroom Management: Uphold school policies and maintain a safe learning environment.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
To succeed as a Cover Supervisor, you will need:
* Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence in managing classroom behaviour.
* Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
