Corporate Sales Manager – Beauparc

About the Role
This is a national Corporate Sales Manager position based in the UK. The role is new business count (B2B) and is driven to achieve agreed sales targets, source and close large national contracts, and support business growth.
Key Accountabilities
* Business to business canvassing and profiling; presenting Beauparc professionally and selling unique service benefits.
* Closing deals for General waste, recycling, equipment, shredding, and hazardous waste services.
* Solution based selling; create desire/need and sell long‑term profitable contracts.
* Build costing models and P&Ls with other departments.
* Prepare and present sales proposals.
* Complete site risk assessments and site audits.
* Pre‑qualify opportunities to ensure they meet “business fit” and strategic goals including credit checks.
* Maintain accurate prospect information and keep the pipeline and CRM up to date.
* Book appointments with target organisations’ key management personnel to highlight the company’s proposition.
* Assist subcontract teams with identifying new suppliers to support your sale.
* Arrange mobilisation meetings to ensure smooth roll‑out of new contracts and transition to account management.
* Participate in networking events and sales conferences showcasing B&M Services to potential prospects.
* Complete weekly activity reports.
* Attend and participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings.
* Diary management and priority planning.
* Assist administration and service team with implementation of new services.

* Maintaining a full and active pipeline.
* Achieving agreed sales targets.
* Preparation of sales proposals in line with company guidelines and targets.
* Ensuring smooth mobilisation of contracts.
Experience and Skills
* 5+ years B2B corporate sales experience with a proven track record.
* Strong negotiating skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Ability to review customer requirements and provide alternative solutions.
