Do you enjoy supervising teams? Do you get a buzz out of delivering a great cleaning service in a retail environment? If so, read on…. We’re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager. You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, but you’ll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
Responsibilities
* Supervise the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to the store, and carry out some cleaning tasks yourself.
* Support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.
* Be flexible with working times to meet business needs.
* Monitor and manage Health & Safety on site, not just for yourself but for all others on site. We will provide you with the equipment and support you need.
* In a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrate experience of cleaning and manage stock, time recording, and employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
Qualifications
* Experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning.
* Experience in stock management, time recording, and handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
