Your main responsibilities will be to support the Retail Support Management in the efficient running of the department, ensuring operational and financial targets are met; all (instore and remote) clients receive the highest level of service and the team are supervised and motivated.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
1. Ensure all remote sales are processed and delivered to the client maintaining the Dior standards
2. Lead by example, support and train the Retail Support junior team to develop their client resolution and service techniques
3. Build internal relationships to support the sales shopfloor team in delivering in sales and service goals
4. support the sales levels delivered within your department for Fashion Concierge and other business getters via mini actions and product push
5. Support the Line Managers in delivering a seamless experience for Ecomm related sales (STW, E Reservation and Click and Collect) to the Boutique clientele
6. Deliver on the day to day process for CARE (where applicable): ensuring clients repairs are assessed, shipped and returned to client within a timely manner
Day to Day Duties:
7. Comply with all Company policies and through delivering the highest of standards of sales and service
8. Support the Line Managers on the organisation and delegation of the intern team
9. Take all efforts in collaboration with the Stock Team to minimise stock losses and store operating expenses
10. Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping within the department
11. To be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures to complete all remote sales and support the Cashier Team when required.
12. Take all actions necessary to maximise security and prevent theft and loss of product
13. To ensure that the Retail Support Department operates in accordance with the Company administration systems and procedures to minimise losses
14. Develop an understanding of the relationship with Finance Department to ensure all Audit policies are adhered to
15. To carry out any additional duties as directed by your Line Manager or Head Office
16. Represent Christian Dior as an ambassador where necessary
Profile
17. Previous experience within operational sector
18. Excellent communication and relationship building skills
19. Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team
20. Expertise with Excel, stock systems and cashier functions
21. A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
