Global Tech organisation with its HQ north of London are recruiting for an experienced HRIS Manager to streamline and push forward their HR systems landscape. You will play a strategic role in driving digital transformation across HR, focusing on core platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and integrated solutions. Acting as the key link between HR, IT and the business, you will translate needs into technology solutions that support long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead HRIS projects end-to-end, including planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery
* Manage and evolve the HR technology ecosystem to support business goals
* Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for system enhancements and releases
* Drive automation, integrations, and efficiency improvements across platforms
* Oversee configuration, upgrades, testing, and governance of system changes
* Provide regular updates to HR leadership and support informed decision-making
* Manage and lead the HR Systems team
Requirements
* Strong HR Technology experience with significant SAP SuccessFactors knowledge across full suite of modules
* Experience of systems integrations and reporting
* Proven track record managing HRIS projects in fast-paced environments
* Good understanding of HR processes and excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills
