This role is ideal for someone who has a Team Teach (or equivalent positive handling) qualification and experience supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH). Requirements To be successful as a Team Teach Teaching Assistant, you will need: A valid Team Teach qualification (essential) or equivalent positive handling training. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both young people and professionals. A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to supporting learners.
