SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a well-known client in Southam.
In this role, youll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently across the UK.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 10:30am 8:00pm (Late Shift)

Salary:
£37,000.00 per year
What youll be doing:
Lead and supervise the late shift team to ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
Support the Operations Manager and provide clear shift handovers to maintain continuity
Coordinate picking, marshalling, and loading activities to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and vehicles are dispatched on schedule
Manage goods in and out, ensuring all stock is received, checked, labelled, and stored correctly
Maintain forward planning of workloads, ensuring picking schedules are at least 48 hours ahead
