Job Description
Position Purpose
The purpose of this 2-year program is to provide the Graduate with the broadest view across the Brambles Digital & IT business. To fast-track the development, both during the Graduate Development Program, and as they grow their career with us.
Key Accountabilities
1. Learning new data analysis / science techniques / programming languages and exploring their viability on current projects.
2. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to drive automation of processes.
3. Proactively work as part of Digital and/or IT Team to identify relevant innovation opportunities related to data Innovation / Product and Asset Digitalization.
4. Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results.
5. Scope, plan, iterate, and drive the execution of Innovation & BI projects using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
6. Cultivate project management & innovation ecosystems.
7. Fully understand and contribute with every department on rotation:Data Engineering / AnalysisSupply Chain (Plant of the future)Product ManagementStrategy i.e., Business relationsAsset DigitalizationProject Management Office (PMO)Business Relationship Management (per region)Infrastructure (Network, Cloud, Service Management)Enterprise Architect
8. Assignment of one social awareness project in the first year (in collaboration with other GDP from larger program).
9. Initiative, Development or transformation project (self-identified) to be kicked off and presented to ELT (Digital & Global).
Qualifications
10. University Degree in any subject such as Maths, Engineering, IT, Business / Supply Chain / Management information systems (MIS), Computer Science / Statistics.
