About the role: We have a vacancy for a Medical Laboratory Assistant to work within the Salford Quays laboratory at TDL Manchester on a bank contract. Duties will include rotation through the laboratory performing tasks of analyser loading and maintenance, troubleshooting of analysis, and general support of laboratory functions. The successful candidate will perform routine preparation and tests, including basic analytical processes, accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a qualified BMS and bring any unusual test requests or results to the attention of the appropriate member of staff. The role will be covering a 37.5 hours per week shift pattern over 24/7 period.
