Security Engineer / Installer
Midlands Based | Up to £42,000 + Excellent Package | Permanent
We’re partnering with a growing and well-established security solutions provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Security Engineer / Installer into their engineering team. This is a remote, Midlands-based role with no travel outside your region, offering stability, work–life balance, and genuine development opportunities.

The Role
As a key member of the engineering team, you will:
* Install and commission intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems
* Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance and efficient fault-finding
* Ensure all work aligns with BS EN 50131, PD 6662, SSAIB/NSI and GDPR requirements
* Deliver clear system guidance and excellent customer service to clients
* Complete accurate job sheets, reports and compliance documentation
* Work closely with operations and support junior engineers when required
About You
We are looking for:
* A minimum of three years’ experience working on intruder alarms, CCTV and access control
* Strong technical knowledge of IP/analogue CCTV, fault diagnosis and commissioning
* A solid understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
* Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, 18th Edition, SSAIB/NSI) – desirable
* Full UK driving licence and the ability to pass a DBS check
* Strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a customer-focused approach
