Location: Remote working with travel for meetings, monthly team days in London, and occasional evening and weekend events.

The Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising team is expanding to strengthen engagement with corporate partners and unlock new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and sustainable income. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Corporate Partnerships to lead and grow our corporate partnership programme. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Foundation’s corporate engagement strategy.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage the corporate partnerships team, secure new high-value partnerships, steward and deepen existing relationships, and ensure corporate partnerships drive long-term growth and mission impact.
You will have the opportunity to shape innovative initiatives, develop compelling propositions, and represent the Foundation to senior business leaders across the UK. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships and Income Growth
* Identify, develop, and secure new corporate partnerships aligned with the Foundation’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
* Support the delivery of the corporate partnerships strategy and achieve income targets.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities and long-term relationships.
* Develop compelling partnership proposals, presentations, and reports that inspire engagement and investment.
* Identify opportunities for employee engagement, sponsorship, and cause-related marketing initiatives.
Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring long-term engagement and impact.
* Work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver high-quality partnership campaigns, events, and communications.
* Support fundraising initiatives that activate corporate engagement and inspire their employees.
* Represent the Foundation externally at meetings, networking events, and high-profile partnership activities.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the corporate partnerships team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver high-quality stewardship.
* Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising to drive the long-term growth and strategy of the programme.
* Ensure all partnership activities are aligned with broader organisational priorities and the Foundation’s values.
Performance and Governance
* Monitor partnership performance and income, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
* Maintain accurate records of partnership activity and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, legislation, and codes of practice.
* Identify risks and opportunities within the corporate portfolio and act strategically to maximise impact.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector.
* Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate partnerships and delivering income targets.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
* Financial awareness and ability to monitor budgets, income, and performance.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and flexible in approach.
