Do you have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills? We have an exciting opportunity to join our mental health support team as a Quality Audit Assistant! This is a crucial role to the business to raise standards across our clinical network. As a Quality Audit Assistant, you will be focused on conducting non-clinical data quality audits for the clinical network of therapists and triaging the assessment and clinical inbox. You will also have the opportunity to support your Team Leader on the quality improvement strategy! Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments. Every day you will Conduct all relevant quality audits and support on the quality improvement strategy for the clinical network Assist the clinical team in triaging the clinical and assessment inboxes and collaborate with the clinical team in responding to queries regarding their patients Monitor the risk and communication from the network, identifying and flagging any reoccurring themes Use appropriate computer software to develop and create clinical or other service-related reports or documents What's in it for you?
