Account Director - creative communications agency

Base pay range
£45,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Description
This is a tight‑knit team. As Account Director you will report to an agency Director and receive support from a client services team as well as creative staff; you must be ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver campaigns.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long‑term success.
* Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in line with client objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Provide strategic direction to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
* Manage budgets and timelines to deliver campaigns within scope.
* Identify new business opportunities and present proposals to potential clients.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Profile
A successful Account Director should have:
* Experience in a similar client services role within a marketing / creative / brand agency.
* Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to steer creative teams.
