Your role will involve:Helping young people develop life skills and confidenceSupporting access to education, training, and employmentBuilding trusting relationships and offering compassionate guidanceResponding to challenges and contributing to safeguarding plansThis role follows a 24-hour rota, including evenings, weekends, and regular sleep-ins (paid at £52.78 per night).Shifts:2:30pm - 10:30pmSleep in 10:30pm - 7:30am7:30am - 3:30pmAbout YouYou will be empathetic, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
