Field Sales Executive – Penrith, UK
Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week – Base salary £25,000–£28,000 per annum, uncapped commission (OTE £50,000).
Car allowance £250 per month, business travel paid.
Reporting to: Field Sales Manager.
The Job
* Door‑to‑door sales – promote YouFibre’s broadband packages directly to residents.
* Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, guiding prospects from initial contact to conversion.
* Collaborate with line manager to showcase the benefits of YouFibre’s services within the local network.
* Build relationships in the community and with key stakeholders.
The Essentials
* Must be within a 30‑minute drive of Penrith.
* Hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
* Valid right to work in the UK.
Candidate Profile
* Passionate about customer service.
* Self‑motivated and able to succeed individually and in a team.
* Excellent communicator with a positive attitude.
Training & Development
Full on‑site training provided. Ideal for sales representatives, retail managers, utility sales professionals, charity fundraisers and others with transferable experience.
