A Transport Administrator is required to work in our busy transport office. You should have skills in overseeing multiple systems and managing a busy schedule.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
1. Make destination signage for coach windows.
2. Book taxis for guest pick-ups at various locations and feeders.
3. Check all tours are operational routinely for allocation on T3/Mews.
4. Book all drivers' accommodation, including communicating with hotel receptions daily to ensure drivers are allocated rooms as guests.
5. Email hotel driver room requirements and day tour cover drivers.
6. Deal with lost property from coaches, including returning items to passengers and communicating with hotels to ensure this is achieved.
7. Ensure new drivers know the correct procedures for operational hotel drop-off paperwork.
8. Pay PCN on Fleet, fines, or prepay by plan, including dealing with parking fine discrepancies.
9. Pay coach parking where needed.
10. Merge coach seating plans and route timings, print them, and communicate changes to passengers via telephone and letter, as well as with the Daish’s travel office.
11. Liaise regularly with the travel office team.
12. Ensure the company's core values are followed at all times.
13. Promote the business whenever possible.
14. Attend and complete all training as notified by the online training platform.
15. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
16. Perform any other reasonable duties in the coaching department.
Salary: Starting at £27,000.
Working days: 5 days a week, including weekends.
