Key Responsibilities: Handle all service enquiries with professionalism and empathy. Diagnose and order repairs while guiding customers through the process. Assist with housing applications, maintenance programmes, and tenancy matters. Manage sensitive situations, including ASB reports and emergency responses. Support elderly and vulnerable individuals to live independently with care. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
