This role is specifically focused on supporting a child in Reception with additional learning needs, ensuring they have a positive and inclusive start to their school journey. The Role This is a 1:1 position where you will become a consistent, calming presence for a single pupil. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between the child's individual needs and the classroom environment, helping them access the EYFS curriculum at their own pace. Key Responsibilities: Individualised Support: Implement tasks set out in the child's Individual Education Plan (IEP) or EHCP. Social & Emotional Development: Help the pupil navigate social interactions with peers and manage emotional regulation.
