This role will be 5 days a week on site for a hospitality franchise who are renoun for their award-winning menus and social events. They are based around the North and East London region and require the following duties:
Sales Ledger & Credit Control:
* Processing weekly cash-ups from multiple pub sites.
* Monitoring customer accounts and chasing outstanding payments
* Allocating incoming payments and maintaining accurate records.
Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management:
* Reconciling bank accounts across multiple sites.
* Handling expense claims.
* Assisting with cash flow in the financial controller's absence
* Checking and posting credit card expenses. Payroll Support:
* Assisting with the preparation of payroll data.
* Ensuring accurate processing of employee expenses.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
* Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Assisting with VAT returns and compliance with HMRC regulations.
* Preparing ad hoc financial reports for management as required.
Package and benefits:
* Salary: up to £35,000
* Study support (AAT/ ACCA / CIMA) - case by case

* Working hours - 9am-5pm (40 flexi hours)
* Work structure: 5 days in the office - covering sites in North and East London (7 sites in total)
