The Role
As a Customer Account Manager you will be involved in the entire process of providing loans to our customers. Initially you will speak to customers, establish their requirements and affordability, process the loan agreement, and ensure they are supported through the full lifecycle of their loan. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent rapport building on both the phone and face to face, and a keen eye for detail.

Salary
Up to £30,000 plus bonus depending on experience.
