Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who is not just a great generalist but someone with vision and agility to help guide teams and leaders within the business with a range of change, growth, M&A, transition and integration plus more. You will become a trusted advisor to leadership teams across the UK wide business and be responsible for helping shape a high-performance culture. What we are seeking: Proven HR leadership experience, ideally at a Senior HRBP OR HRBP level Ideally demonstrable experience within the financial services sector. Demonstrable experience with Mergers and Acquisition (M&A), Change, Integration. Sound knowledge of employment law in the UK Exceptional stakeholder management skills CIPD qualification (or working towards it), ideally at Level 7 but this is not essential.
