Responsibilities
* Set up and run a compliance testing lab.
* Guide product compliance for internal teams and clients.
* Develop testing strategies for UK, EU, and global standards.
* Attend industry events and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
* Extensive years of experience in compliance and laboratory management.
* Strong knowledge of UK/EU testing standards.
* Degree in Electronics, Physics, or similar.
* Leadership and communication skills.
* Bonus: interest in AI in compliance.
