Customer Success Manager – SaaS for Property & Rentals
London (Hybrid – 2 days office, 3 days remote)
£45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
If you know your way around customer success and have a solid understanding of the property world, especially landlord tech, this could be a great move.
We’re working with a well-established SaaS company in the property space. Their platform is helping agents, landlords and housing providers manage lettings more efficiently, from marketing and compliance to communication and analytics. Think fewer spreadsheets, better systems, and happier tenants.
They’re a close-knit, experienced team who’ve grown steadily, stable in the market and built a product that customers genuinely value. Now they’re looking for someone who can be that trusted advisor for their users, not just answering tickets, but driving real impact.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be the main point of contact for a set of B2B clients and you will own the relationship from onboarding through to renewals and growth.
* Run onboarding and product training sessions
* Spot opportunities for adoption, optimisation, and expansion
* Handle renewals and support commercial conversations
* Deliver QBRs, usage reports, and proactive success planning
* Be the customer voice internally and flag issues that will feed into product improvements
* Work closely with senior stakeholders in Customer Success, Product, and Ops - you won’t be siloed
Your day-to-day will be a mix of relationship-building, process improvement, and insights. No two clients are the same, and your advice will help shape how they work.
What we're looking for
* 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment
* Experience in property/lettings/landlord clients. You’ve worked with agents, housing providers, landlord tech, block management, or multi-property landlords.
* Confident managing a portfolio of clients and juggling priorities
* Tech-savvy and happy using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, and working with customer data in Google Sheets / Excel
* Bonus points if you’ve touched platforms like Reapit, Fixflo, Goodlord, Arthur or similar
* Friendly, structured, and proactive - someone clients enjoy working with
Why this role?
* Join a product-led company with strong leadership and a clear mission
* Hybrid working with a mature team who value balance
* Work with real clients, solving real problems, not just pushing features
* They hire slowly and support properly, the average tenure here is impressive!
* Opportunity to influence the product and shape customer strategy
