Kerrs Tyres Group are now recruiting for a Group Accountant to join our Head Office team in Antrim. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the processes associated with the production and presentation of the monthly management reporting pack and other tasks associated with the finance function. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate finance professional to join our team to help shape and execute our exciting plans for the future. The Role Financial Reporting Ensure completeness and accuracy of all financial transactions Production of group monthly management accounts within set deadlines Preparation of support schedules and back up to the management accounts Oversee HMRC/Revenue returns (VAT, Corporation Tax, Intrastat) Assist with year-end external audit process Process Improvement & Compliance Review and enhance financial control processes Maintain financial policies and ensure compliance Ensure timely completion of financial returns to external bodies The Person Our ideal candidate Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong commercial experience Advanced Excel skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Good interpersonal skills with the ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work alone and as part of a team The successful candidate will receive: Competitive benefits package Career progression opportunities Free on-site parking Opportunity work for a highly reputable and growing business.
