We seek an individual with highly developed communication skills for effective pupil engagement and an exceptional ability to build rapport and create a supportive atmosphere for vulnerable children. The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference.
If you're a proactive and dedicated HLTA with the empathy and expertise to lead our Nurture Group, we'd love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school community where your contributions will be highly valued in helping our children flourish.
