Roles available We’re recruiting early careers roles: Commercial Graduate Legal Apprentice (Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship route, delivered in partnership with BPP, leading to qualification as a Solicitor) Finance Apprentice ((Level 7 Accountancy Apprenticeship route, delivered in partnership with BPP) HR Graduate Design Graduate Design Programme Management Graduate (Mandarin language desirable) Engineering Project Graduate (Mandarin language desirable) Homologation Graduate (Mandarin language desirable) IT Graduate (Mandarin language desirable) - The Graduate Scheme at a glance Start date: September 2026 Duration: 2 years with structured rotations and development (Legal and Finance apprentices/graduates will follow a 3‑year scheme) Common foundation: depending on the role, graduates/apprentices may be required to complete an initial six‑month business rotation to build commercial and operational understanding. Fixed role: confirmed at programme end Example rotation (IT stream): Sales/Aftersales → Systems support → Data & Reporting → Digital Process Improvement (over 24 months). - What you’ll do You’ll join a structured programme that combines learning-on-the-job, rotation objectives and real project delivery. Depending on your stream, your exposure may include: Commercial: Sales operations, dealer network development, aftersales and marketing Engineering Project: Project delivery, engineering principles, cross-functional coordination and problem-solving Homologation (Product Certification): Type approval, regulatory compliance, COP, NPI support Design Graduate: Studio design exposure (e.g., concept development, design research, visual storytelling and design communication outputs) Design Programme Management : Supporting studio programme delivery and day-to-day coordination (e.g., planning, stakeholder coordination and helping track delivery across design activities) IT: Systems support, data, digital tools and business applications HR: Talent, employee relations support, reward/benefits and organisational development exposure Legal: Contracts & legal operations, automotive commercial contracting, compliance and governance Finance: Commercial finance, FP&A, treasury and cost control in an automotive context - What you’ll gain This is built for people who want to accelerate, not just “start a job”.
