Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £190,000 + Bonus + Package
A unique opportunity to shape and lead a newly formed consulting practice focused on innovation, scale, and impact.
We’re hiring for a Consulting Partner to lead growth across the Insurance sector, with a focus on core transformation services: Cloud, Data, AI, Mainframe Modernisation, and Cybersecurity. This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-scaling consulting business backed by global reach and enterprise-grade capability.
The Role
As Consulting Partner, you will:
* Own and grow a consulting revenue stream worth £10M+ per annum
* Drive strategic transformation across top-tier insurance firms
* Act as a trusted advisor to CXO stakeholders, translating complex needs into measurable technology outcomes
* Build and lead high-performing consulting teams across technical disciplines
* Shape go-to-market strategy, propositions, and thought leadership
* Operate with quarterly accountability for revenue, delivery, and client impact
Ideal Candidate
* Currently operating at Director level within a Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting firm, ideally seeking a Partner-track move
* Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of building and converting pipeline
* Deep industry experience in Insurance or broader Financial Services
* Subject matter expertise in one or more domains: Cloud, AI/Data, Mainframe, Cybersecurity
* Gravitas to operate with senior clients and internal stakeholders alike
* Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and complex engagements
