Join us as a Merchant Engagement Administrator and you'll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose: The Merchant Engagement Administrator is an execution-focused role responsible for building and deploying engagement campaigns to support seller communications across the B&Q Marketplace. Focused on technical setup, testing, and scheduling of communication, ensuring agile, timely and accurate delivery. Content and messaging are provided by internal teams, your responsibility is to ensure it reaches the right sellers in the right format, on time. You'll play an operational role in keeping communications running smoothly and efficiently.
* Triage engagement request per channels and maintain the Asana board.
* Build, test and schedule merchant-facing campaigns using Pardot (including email, Mirakl..)
* Build, Maintain and update email templates, contact lists, and engagement reports
* Conduct testing (subject lines, formatting, links) to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
* Maintain tone of voice and brands guidelines.
* Basic understanding of email marketing best practices
* Comfortable working with digital tools; experience with Pardot, Salesforce, or other email platforms is a plus
* Ability to follow structured processes and timelines
* Prior experience in a marketing, admin, or communications support role is an advantage, but not required
