Requirements
Must have:
- Overall 15 years of experience in IT and Salesforce technical experience - Proven ability to conduct business analysis workshops - Strong understanding of Salesforces technical features and functionalities - Experience in training, supporting, and guiding end-users - Skilled in monitoring and maintaining project estimates, timelines, and milestones - Leadership experience in providing technical and analytical guidance - Capability to manage application developers in solution design and development - Deep subject matter expertise in managing complex project activities and changes - Certification in PD1 is a must; PD2 certification is a plus - Experience in custom development using LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Batch processes - Proficient in configuration development using Flows, Layouts, and business workflows - Knowledge of version control tools like Bit Bucket
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to refine business requirements - Transition solution designs and participate in workshops - Design, support, or re-engineer highly complex application solutions - Create, manage, and update complex data models, user interfaces, application security, and business logic - Recommend alternative approaches and best practices to define technical impact - Provide sizing estimates for various projects - Lead Salesforce implementation and provide engagement leadership - Oversee the deployment of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations - Maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure quality deliverables - Manage project stakeholders, resources, risks, and issues
