* Maintain regular communication with parents and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare.
* Monitor attendance and punctuality trends, working with families to improve student engagement.
Requirements
* Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, or social care setting.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection legislation.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
