We are looking for a Production Analyst to join our growing team in Campsie, Derry/Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting production performance, improving efficiency, and driving data-led decision-making across our manufacturing operations.
The Role:
As a Production Analyst, you'll work closely with Operations, Production, Engineering and Planning teams to transform data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality and operational performance.
Key responsibilities:
* Analysing production metrics, KPIs and operational performance data.
* Identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Producing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Monitoring manufacturing efficiency, downtime and quality metrics.
* Supporting root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
* Developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate performance.
* Supporting capacity planning and production scheduling activities.
* Maintaining production databases and reporting systems.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Supporting Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence programmes.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing data.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
* Previous experience within electronics, engineering or critical infrastructure manufacturing environments.
