About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Entry-level Customer Service Assistant to support our marketing and client engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent service, and representing a brand in a professional and positive way. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure customers and clients receive a high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a first point of contact for customer and client enquiries (phone, email, and in-person where applicable)
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and marketing campaigns
* Support customer onboarding and follow-up communications
* Assist with resolving enquiries and escalating issues when needed
* Maintain customer records, CRM systems, and interaction logs
* Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events from a customer service perspective
* Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
* Provide general administrative and team support
